All salads and potatoes are produced fresh on site while the Hog Roast / meats are slowly cooking.


  • Sun blushed Tomato and Parmesan salad (fine sweet marinated sun blushed tomatoes, shaved parmesan, red salad onions and crisp lambs lettuce with a basil oil dressing

                  


  • Greek Salad (Lovely ripe vine tomatoes, red onion, juicy cucumber, green and red peppers, tasty feta cheese, black olives and our own dressing.



  • Mediterranean Style Tomato & Onion Salad (A beautiful salad of ripe beef tomatos, super tasty salad onion, rock salt, white wine vinegar and fresh oregano)

  • Pesto Pasta Salad (Famous home made green pesto mixed delicately with a tricolour pasta).

  • Potato Salad (Quartered new potatoes boiled to perfection mixed with rock salt, pepper, mayo, heather honey roast ham and chopped chives) .


  • Homemade Coleslaw (A shredded mixture of the following: onions, carrots, white cabbage mixed with mayo, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice).

    Boulangere Potatoes cooked with onions, thyme, black pepper, sea salt and vegetable stock.

    Dauphinoise Potatoes  cooked with garlic, cream, sea salt and black pepper.


      

    Roast Vegetables. A selection of your favourite vegetables, Mediterranean, Seasonal Root etc. 

      

    Saute Vegetables pan cooked in butter or flavoured oils.
